Couponing in Brooklyn

This is the second show I saw this week that focused on extreme couponing. I digress.
We find out a lot of things in the episode. Max uses Duncan Hines with a pinch of Betty Crocker cake mix to make her cupcakes. They are not original and will not be able to be sold like that. She needs to come up with her own recipe. Caroline has started to get some Brooklyn bite. In the opening of the episode a guy asks for a burger with muenster, which they do not have. She tells the guy to order something else and basically has a lot of Max in her. Good for you.

Carline discovers coupons, after she thinks they are disgusting. Ends up buying chicken pot pies for free and canned pumpkin. She finds out that they have a sale on 40 boxes of Duncan Hines. There is also the coupon Queen of Brooklyn there and she is not aware of the cupcake deal. She tries to sweep the shelves, which Caroline is not having. A funny scene with a cart tap and Max asking if there is a problem. Homegirl to the rescue.

There is a side story about Han raising the price of tampons from a quarter to .75 cents. Max is in an outrage and she hands out tampons with checks. She gets Han to lower the price and wins this out.

This episode was eh. I need to see some actual storyline here, otherwise I am going to start getting bored of one liners and alliterations.
