Bachelor Pad 3: Season Finale

Ok BP3 fans, you are in for a ride! First we look back and recap with the people who did not win. We start off with Michael Stag and how he did not really love Rachel. We go to Jaclyn and how she was betrayed by Rachel. We talk about Kalon loving Lindsey and Erica Rose jumps in to say he was with other girls just the other week. We even touch upon Blakely and her love to Tony. During that she announces that they are moving in together. He then gets down on one knee and proposes to her (Neil Lane of course) and she cries and accepts. She can finally have cable TV!! Hooray Y'all! What trailer trash, but a very cute moment indeed and everyone is super happy for them. Except Jamie in her glitter earrings, stickers and headpiece. What was she thinking?

Then we bring out the final 4. We address Rachel and Michael and she talks about being hurt. We talk to Chris about the way he treated Jamie and Blakely. His parents are so upset with him, which is all he can talk about, not apologize to the girls or anything. Then we vote....

This was obvious, right? Everyone votes for Rachel and Nick, except Kalon and super fan Dave and Erica Rose. Looks like Sarah had no pull here and I did not think they had a fighting chance.

So the rules are simple. The couple who wins have two choices. They vote separately to whether they want to keep or share the money. If one person says keep and the other says share, they keep it all. If they both say share, they share. If they both say keep, they get nothing, but the rest of the padmates split it amongst themselves. Simple, right?

Wrong. Rachel, TRUE of HEART chooses share. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Nick however, chooses Keep. He keeps ALL $250K and does not feel bad about it one bit. He goes into a long speech how everyone underestimated him and how he worked so hard to get here and they were not true partners. She wants an apology or something and he will not give it to her. He walks off stage with everyone clapping and becoming more evil than Kalon or Bentley on a good day.

Excited for January and the new bachelor. I am hoping its Ari, but we shall see!

Bachelor Pad: Sister Christian

First challenge is one partner answers Bachelor Pad trivia while the other literally hangs over the pool. With every wrong answer a string is cut and then they can hang on for dear life till they fall. Whoever wins gets to kick one couple off right then and there. Sarah rocks it and she and Chris are the winners again. They are unstoppable. They decide to send Blakely and Tony packing. She cries and cries and he tries to tell her how happy he is he met her, but she is not into it as they ride off together in the limo.

Done? Don't think so. The next is a competition where they are to sing, perform and dress up singing "Sister Christian" by Knight Ranger. The band is the judges. First up is Nick and Rachel and they rock. She has a good scratchy voice and his mascara goes a long way. Next up is Ed and Jaclyn and they don't know the words and make out on stage. Boo. Finally Chris and Sarah, they are OK even though he reads words off his arm and she makes spasms on stage. Nick and Rachel have won and are through to the final round. They must choose who they want to be in the finale with them.

Nick tries to coerce Rachel by convincing her how hated Sarah and Chris are and how they would be a shoe in to win. But what price does it come at? How about a lost friendship between besties Rachel and Jaclyn. They choose Chris and Sarah and Jaclyn has nothing to say to Rachel ever again.

Next week is the finale and I keep forgetting that all the previous contestants come back and decide who deserves the money more. Chris/Sarah already have strikes from Blakely/Tony, Jamie and Michael Stag. But is that enough to get sent home? We will soon see about that!

Bachelor Pad: Spelling Bee

Bachelor Pad housemates are now going to be playing as teams, voting as teams and sent home as teams. Chris and Sarah are terrified and rightfully so. Rachel by elimination pairs up with Nick, who in my opinion should have been sent home weeks ago.

The challenge is a spelling bee. The catch? The must spell as a team and one letter for one person and the next letter for the next person. The judges are three Harry Potter school kids that of course Kalon scoffs at. Blakely of course is out right away since Hooters doesn't teach spelling. It all comes down to Ed and Jaclyn and Sarah and Chris. The word that wins it for Chris and Sarah is Serendipity!

They get the rose and are safe and are off to an overnight date on a helicopter and to a campground. He opens up to Sarah and talks about how he is not over Emily. Really? They kiss and have a great time and just relish in the fact that nobody can send them home.

Ed and Jaclyn get the next date, since they were the runners up. They are off for an overnight with a fancy dinner and hotel room. He tells her that he is seeing someone at home and she feels stupid. She thinks they are a couple, he calls her immature and facebook status comes up. She just lets it go, because she likes him and sleeps in his room and sleeps with him. They get a rose, but not to keep. They must give it out. They decide to give it to Blakely and Tony.

Kalon knows that he is on the chopping block. Jaclyn, Rachel and Blakely, who are all besties now, pinky swear kiss that they will send Lindzi home. Kalon does his trickery and convinces Tony to send home Rachel instead since she doesn't really want to be there. She cries the whole time and cannot keep it together. She calls Michael too. Partner Nick is less than pleased and makes a big stink to Blakely and Tony to keep him.

The Vote....

Chris and Sarah vote for Lindzi/Kalon
Blakely/Tony vote for Rachel/Nick
Rachel/Nick vote for Lindzi/Kalon
Lindzi/Kalon vote for Rachel.Nick
Ed and Jaclyn the deciding vote, choose Lindzi/Kalon and they are sent home.

He repeats Ames romantic move last season and jumps out of his limo into Lindzi's. He is in love with her!

Bachelor Pad: Tea Cup Race

Chris has a blow out with Ed about trust and then another one with Kalon. He is making enemies left and right. Sarah is his new partner and bed buddy and they both now have targets on their backs. They need to win to stay alive!

The challenge....

You must race back and forth with tea cups and saucers until you have 6 sets stacked on your tray. If you drop them once, you have to start over. If you touch them during walking you are disqualified. It becomes neck and neck with Blakely and Sarah, since Blakley the Hooters waitress. Sarah almost wins, but touches her cups and is out. Blakely wins and is safe with a rose. Now time for the guys. Everyone is doing horrible, except for Tony. He is Blakely's new partner and she couches him and talks to him every step of the way. SO annoying to watch but he wins and thanks Blakely for their support. He is also safe.

The Dates....

Blakely and Tony have the choice for date one or two, which is overnight. She chooses two thinking it will be Vegas. She gives her rose up to Kalon who chooses Lindzi for his date. She gets jewelry and he gets the keys to a Bentley as they drive off to a closed off bridge to have a romantic pretty woman-esque date. He opens up to her about how he is falling in love with her and never felt like this. She feels the same way. So cute!

The next date is for Blakely and Tony and they get in a jeep and go camping. Right up her white trash alley I have to say. They dance to country music and end up making out and possibly doing it. After careful consideration he gives the rose to Jaclyn as not to upset Blakely.

The Rose Ceremony....

There is a twist. Everyone will only vote for ONE girl. The one girl who gets chosen will take the guy of her choice with her when she leaves. Ouch. Stag was hoping to get Sarah off but realizes she may take him to break it up so he lobbies to get Erica Rose off and make her think Chris orchestrated the whole thing. BAD MOVE. He wanted to get Lindzi off to hurt Kalon and is besties with Erica Rose. He brings her into the voting room to show he is voting for Lindzi, NOT HER and Michael is a liar. He realizes he got caught and Erica calls him out on it. Side note, Ed calls out that he doesn't plan to have ANYTHING romantic with Jaclyn and she is visibly upset. Not a good move buddy boy.

Erica gets voted off and takes Michael with her. She says she wants to restore justice to the house and weed out liars and break up alliances. Rachel cannot handle life without Michael, but he begs her to stay. Then she throws in how the best thing Holly ever did was leave him for Blake, OMG. Amazing!

Bachelor Pad: Gameshow

The challenge for today ladies and gentleman is Bachelor Pad trivia. Contestants must fill out packets and be honest. While up on the game show they have to first round answer past bachelor and bachelorette trivia. Second round is who said what. For the girls Jaclyn takes the crown, gets a rose and is safe from elimination. For the men, they do the same and answer who said what to make the girls upset. We find out that Jamie thinks Jaclyn is fake. Ed takes the rose and wins!

Jaclyn chooses to go out with Ed for her date. They go to Dodger stadium. They play ball and do the kiss cam. Fireworks play and they kiss, then they need to decide who will get the rose out of the guys. Jaclyn gives the rose to Chris since Ed has an alliance with him. He is safe.

Chris decides that even though he has hooked up with Blakely and even Jamie last nite, he takes Sarah because she is fun. Blakely is upset about this as usual. They go on a movie date with stunts and all and get to do a fight scene. They end up making out and spending time in a hot tub at the hotel. They don't want the night to end, so they get a room with their robes and slippers still on.

Back at the house, things are a stir. Ed gets to give his rose out, so he gives it to Rachel, who we knew would be safe anyways. Dave, the last super fan, knows he is on the chopping block. He tries to get some votes against Nick. For the girls, Chris wants everyone to vote Blakely off, but president Stagliano says no and they want to vote Jamie. Its down to Kalon and Ed and they both pick Jamie.

Bye bye Dave and Jamie. As Jamie is out the door she tears down Chris, but he tells her to shuttup. Who is next to go?

Bachelor Pad: Hot Sludge FunDay

Welcome back Bachelor padders!

This weeks challenge is an obstacle course where you make yourself a human hot fudge sundae. The girls have to climb through ice cream, crawl up a rope and down a hot fudge slide, pour nuts over them in a nut sack and crab crawl through whip cream to eat a cherry. Then they tag their partners and they have to go through the same just backwards. Problem is you cannot pick your partner. The winner of the competition comes down to a photo finish and Dave, the super fan and his partner Rachel wins. The losers are Ed and Jamie. The winners get dates and are safe and the losers have one strike against them.

Dave's date he chooses Jamie, Blakely and Erica Rose. They go to a recreation of the high school prom. The girls choose dresses, dance with him to country music, take photos and chat. He ends up giving the rose to Jamie after he feels bad for her not going to her own prom. Blakely is not happy about this. She hates Jamie, even though Jamie wanted a truce with her.

Rachel's date she chooses to go with Michael, Nick and Tony. They are off to the wax museum where they are going to be the wax figures. They have tourists come in and pose with them and then after they talk badly about them (Tony is pathetic) they jump free. She chooses Michael, of course, and he is safe and they kiss.

Back at the house, all hell breaks lose. Ed and Jaclyn are now hooking up. I love how he makes sexual noises when he hooks up with girls. Jamie tries to hook up with Chris, but he is so rude to her and tells her to go away. Sarah feels bad and decides to tell Ed that Reid is part of the original conspiracy to get him out. If I was Reid, I would have kept my mouth shut. He tells Sarah, who had sex with him and Jaclyn, who also had sex with him, his plan. Dumb move buddy. Ed confronts Reid and he backpedals, but can he save himself?

It comes down to Blakely and super fan Donna, just because she is nice. And between Ed and Reid. The swing vote for the girls is Kalon. The swing vote for the guys is Sarah. During the rose ceremony, Reid and Donna are voted off. Poor Donna, those boys will miss her in her bikini.

Bachelor Pad: Gymnastics

We start off with the twins fighting and making so much noise that it keeps everyone up. They hug it out and make up and we all go to bed, thank goodness.

The first challenge is men against women. They are to do a gymnastic routine with ribbon twirling and leaps and stuff. The girls go first and they are horrid. The only ones who are decent is Donna, Jamie and Blakely. The guys are up next and they are much better. Stagliano always stands out, yet hes been here before and won, so of course he would. The judges are Ashley and JP (woo hoo!) and a former Olympic medal winner. The winners are Blakely and Stag, they are safe and the worst are Erica Rose and Ed. They have one vote against them.

Michael gets to bring three girls out on a date with his safe rose. He brings Rachel, Lindzi and Donna. They go to see a concert and he kisses Rachel. He also kisses Donna after she shows him the drawing she did of him. He must be so high on himself right now. Him and Rachel however have a thing. He gives the rose to Rachel and she is safe too. Donna is upset.

Back at home, Chris has to be nice to Blakely even though he likes Jamie. Him and Jamie hook up.

Blakely takes her three guys on a date, Chris, Dave (super fan) and Ed. They compete in a soapbox derby and paint their own cars. Ed paints his "in a pickle" i love it. He gets the trophy. She has a sweet talk with Dave where he plays on her emotional side and then she gives the rose to Chris because he tells her he will never leave her. Sucker.

Back at the house everyone gets drunk. One of the twins hooks up with Dave, Sarah hooks up with Ed, Blakely hooks up with Chris (and Jamie climbs into the bunk bed above them - ouch), Michael and Rachel, Lindzi and Kalon. Then the twins begin to fight again. This time its so bad everyone is upset with them. One of them wants to go home, the other doesn't. They end up taking themselves out of the competition and leaving.

Time for the rose ceremony. The girls are not going home since the twins have left so its just the men. Kalon conspires to send Ryan home, since he just doesn't like him and gets Lindzi and friends to agree. Reid conspires to send Ed home since he is in an alliance and gets the girls to agree. It all comes down to Jamie, who is Ryan's partner, but ends up choosing him in the end. He goes home and Ed is safe, for now.

Bachelor Pad: Season Premiere

This show is really great. We take previous Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants that were not lucky in love and throw them in a house together. They offer $250K for the winners (boy and girl team) and there is drama, romance, laughter and so much more. They need to compete in games and whomever wins is safe that round for elimination. Then the girls vote off the guy they want to leave the house and vice versa. It becomes very clicky and everyone always figures out who the power couples are. The key is to win the challenges, then you are safe. This season they threw in a few super fans who love the show. Let's see who the 20 contestants are this season....


The alums....

Blakely - From Ben's season. Hated cocktail waitress. She ends up partnering with Chris and making his life miserable. The girls hate her, but every show needs a drama queen.

Chris - From Emily's season. He was in the final four. He seems to be a player, getting with all the girls. This episode he kisses Jamie.

Ed - From Jillian's season. He proposed to her then cheated on her. He is a loud mouth and jumps in the pool drunk in his underwear.

Erica Rose - From Lorenzo's season. She is actually not relevant, but is very opinionated and brings color to the show. She thinks she is a princess. She hates Kalon because they know each other from the Texas social scene.

Jaclyn - Also Ben's season. Not the smartest and not the nicest.

Jamie - The nurse from Ben's season that made the awfully awkward kissing scenes.

Kalon - From Emily's season. He was the one who arrived in a helicopter and called Ricki baggage. He is the villain, but girls seem to love him.

Lindzi - From Ben's season. She was in the final two and was the horse girl. She is sweet, but maybe a bit too much. I think she has a chance of winning though.

Michael - From Jillian's season as well, but better known as the man who fell in love Holly who is now married to Blake. Yikes. He actually won last season so I am not sure why he gets to compete again. He says for love, but he is a strategy player.

Nick - From Ashley's season. He is the personal trainer and is also the first out of this week's competition, so not that trained.

Rachel - From Ben's season. She got pretty far but there was no chemistry between them. She has a chance to get far here as well as she is likable.

Reid - From Jillian's season. He tried to usurp Ed's proposal and was denied. Cute guy, but seems to be a bone of contention with Ed.

Ryan - From Deanna's season. Don't know, didn't watch and don't care. Apparently he is a 32 year old virgin.

Sarah - From Brad's first season. Again, don't know and don't care. She is a whatever for me.

Tony - From Emily's season. He is the dad who was crying about missing his son. I think he will miss his son again but guess not!

The super fans....

Brittany & Erica - The twins. You might recognize them from Jersey shore. They count as one vote and only one gets to compete. They are annoying.

Chris - SWAT. Swat officer. Nice guy, takes lots of pictures

Dave - Super fan, nothing special

Donna - likes to show off her stuff and the guys like her

Paige - Nice girl and likes Reid instantly

The fans and the alums all meet each other. After being explained what is happened Ed jumps into the pool. They have to pair up with people for the challenge. They are going to be put as couples in a heart that will tilt. Whoever stays in the longest wins and is safe from elimination. Erica and Nick fall out first so they automatically have one vote against each of them. The twins and super fan Dave win, so they are safe. Which is good, because everyone wants the twins out.

Chris ends up hooking up with Jamie the nurse and Blakely is not happy about it. She needs to go. When asked who they are voting for, Dave makes the mistake of saying its fans against alums when alums out number them. It down to other fan Chris and Nick, Erica and other fan Paige (because the guys think Donna is too hot to go). The swing vote comes down to Chris because he either wants to go along with the plan and save Paige or get rid of Erica Rose. Reid lobbies for Paige to stay because he likes her.

In the end Paige and Chris get sent packing and home in the limo. What will next week be like? Who knows! But I cannot wait.
